Stop buying things.

When you remove your demand from the market it serves to balance things out.

Don't like high gas prices? Stay home!

Don't like high food prices? Eat less!

Consumerism is a problem in the US, and we need to stop buying things.

Impact on Multi-Family Real Estate

I am seeing a lot of my educated buyers simply saying that the current rents do not support the prices, as the current interest rates.

So what are they doing?

• Pausing their purchases

• Putting some of their properties on the market

This will add to the supply of homes and serve to reduce prices.

Perhaps the high prices will save the real estate market.
