WorcesterMulti was founded by Brian Allen, a realtor and investor with more than two decades of personal and professional experience in Worcester's multi-family housing market. His work is grounded in a clear investment philosophy, shaped by both education and lived experience, and focused entirely on helping others build lasting value in this community.

With a degree in Economics and Ethics from Holy Cross, Brian's approach to real estate blends analytical thinking with a strong sense of personal responsibility. Brain's entry into real estate was anything but typical. While raising a young family and working full-time, he bought his first property, a three-family home in Worcester. The decision was driven by necessity, but it became a defining moment. That experience showed him how multi-family investing can create both financial stability and long-term opportunity, even during uncertain times.

Over the years, Brian purchased and lived in additional properties, learning firsthand what it takes to succeed as both an owner and investor. His early success led him to help friends and colleagues
with their own purchases, and in 2019, he made the leap into real
estate full-time.

Since then, Brian has built WorcesterMulti into a trusted name in Worcester's investment property market. He is known for being honest, responsive, and fiercely dedicated to every client. His commitment and results have earned him recognition as a Top Producer by the Realtor Association of Central Massachusetts from 2021-2024.
